Campion Close, was a Design and Build Contract, with a requirement to achieve the Sustainable Homes Code 4 standard. We included a highly insulated timber frame, clad in timber, insulated render and brickwork for the building and incorporated Photo Voltaic systems within our overall design. Other innovations on the project included, air source heat pumps for the water heating and heat recovery within the ventilation systems.
