Epps Construction Limited is currently run by the fourth generation of the Epps family and is one of the oldest traditional family construction companies in Kent.
The business was founded in 1841 by Daniel Steddy. His son John handed over the thriving Ashford building enterprise to Charles Isaac Epps in 1910, in recognition of Charles’ skill and enthusiasm.
For over a hundred years members of the Epps family have maintained the high profile and standards of this prominent Kent builder. Their traditions are reflected in the many landmark building projects completed by the loyalty of management and staff.
To be successful over such a long duration requires continual reassessment and enthusiasm for innovation.
