When producing a detailed cost analysis we take into consideration the whole life costings for the
project and ensure that the client has a full choice of the construction materials that best suit
their requirements.

Our experience with the relevant Authorities means that we can negotiate with them and discharge
any conditions on a timely basis.

At the initial stage of development we will determine the requirements, negotiation with the utility
companies and establish procurement costs.

Having worked closely with the client to analyse all the requirements for the project we can then
produce a detailed estimate of costs.

Where we are brought in after the initial planning has been completed we will use our
D&B experience, where appropriate, to investigate alternatives.
