Community and Leisure buildings are often the result of local fund raising or campaigning. Epps Construction recognises the heart and commitment that this represents and truly engages in the process of raising dreams from the ground.
The company has successfully created community buildings in the South East that are both pleasing to the eye and sympathetic to the local environment and architectural vernacular. They involve innovative design solutions and techniques such as laminated timber frames, geothermal heat recovery and high efficiency glazing systems.
The successful completion of Lenham Community Centre in Kent was a landmark project. It has led to Epps being invited to build village halls at Petham, Headcorn, Smarden and Langton Green, with related schemes in Sheerness and Bexhill.
